We Speak Your Language:

CHA has an award-winning language access program that helps patients and visitors communicate with our care teams.

Our interpreters speak more than 100 languages, helping patients by phone, video and in person. Our staff includes interpreters for American Sign Language, and we also provide CDI and CART services.

Get Help:

If you need an interpreter for a CHA visit, please tell your CHA care team.

You can also request an interpreter by calling the main CHA number (617-665-1000) and telling us your language. We can get an interpreter on the line to help you navigate your CHA experience.
